Shipping Cost
- For orders under £29: A flat shipping fee of £4.99 applies, regardless of the destination.
- For orders of £29 or more: Enjoy free shipping worldwide.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
- US, Australia, EU Countries, Brazil, Israel: We use Yun Express. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days.
- Canada & New Zealand: UBI shipping is used, with an estimated delivery time of 8-11 business days.
- Southeast Asia: Aiyi special line is used. Estimated delivery time: 7 business days.
- Japan: YD special line. Estimated delivery time: 7 business days.
- United Arab Emirates & Saudi Arabia: HL special line. Estimated delivery time: 7 business days.
- Other Countries: We use either 4PX or EUB. Estimated delivery time: 10-25 business days.
- China: SF Express is used for all domestic orders.
Express Shipping:
- Our default express shipping partner is FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
