Full Coverage Refund/Return/Exchange Policy
We offer full coverage for the following situations:
Personalized Items:
As these are one-of-a-kind creations, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Status:
- Awaiting Production: You can cancel your order and request a full refund, including shipping costs.
- In Production: Refunds are only available for shipping costs if the issue is non-production related.
- Shipped Orders: No refunds will be granted for non-production issues.
- Delivered Orders: Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available for non-production-related issues once an order is delivered.
Return Postage: Giftbox Direct will cover return postage fees or issue a refund if:
- We sent the wrong item(s).
- You received broken or defective items.
- There is a quality issue with the product.
- The custom content differs from what you provided us.
How to Request a Refund/Return: To begin a return, exchange, or refund, please contact our customer service team. They will provide you with the necessary authorization and instructions.
Cancellation Policy: Once your order has entered production, we are unable to cancel the production of personalized items. However, if you wish to cancel, only the shipping cost will be refunded.
