Where is my order?

You can check your order updates using the tracking details sent to you. If tracking is not yet available, your personalised item may still be in production.

How long does production and delivery take?

Personalised items usually take 6 to 9 days to produce. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days. Times may vary slightly during busy periods or depending on the product.

How do I send my personalisation details?

Please add all requested details before placing your order. This may include names, dates, photos, wording, colours, sizes or other custom details depending on the product.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your personalised item has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I return a personalised item?

As personalised items are made especially for you, returns are not usually accepted unless there is a fault or an issue with your order.
